PakMed Software Applications
Most of the PakMed program modules are not standalone programs as most of them require macros-enabled Microsoft Office Access® 2000 (Version 9), Access® 2002 (Version 10), or Access® 2003 (Version 11) preinstalled on user's computer.
All results must be confirmed before educational, research, or other uses. PakMed Biomedical Solutions and both members of the 'Program Development Team' (Program Developer and Program Consultant) make no claims of the accuracy of the information contained herein, and the outcomes/results of a PakMed program module. These PakMed program modules are primarily intended for educational and research purposes only and are generally not a substitute of standard established methods/procedures for clinical judgment, medical advice, or treatment for specific medical conditions.
Most of these PakMed program modules are not intended for persons who have not received appropriate medical/professional training, and , in such cases, a PakMed program module should not be used even as a complementary or supplementary tool for making clinical decisions pertaining to patient diagnosis, care, or management. Even the professionally qualified users of these PakMed program modules should verify and validate the outcomes/results and documentation of these program modules.
Each PakMed program module is based, partially or completely, upon the published research findings, formulas, algorithms, or questionnaires, originally developed/owned by others. Neither PakMed nor any other party involved in the creation/preparation, publication, or distribution of these PakMed program modules and other PakMed programs shall be liable for any special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting in whole or part from any user's use of or reliance upon PakMed program/s and their associated documentations.
PakMed does not guarantee 'updates' or 'upgrades' of a PakMed program module. PakMed does not have a regular setup to provide technical or other types of help to the licensed users of PakMed program modules. However, users' feedback, comments, suggestions, etc to improve the future versions a PakMed program module will be cordially welcomed and appreciated.
Intellectual Property Rights
PakMed and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the pakmed.net Web site and all portions thereof (the "Site"), the Content (as defined below), features, products and services provided on or through the Site (collectively "Products"), and all related intellectual property, which includes, without limitation, the business processes, procedures, methods and techniques used with the Site and the Products, and all patent rights, copyright rights, sui generis database rights, trademark rights, trade secret rights and other proprietary rights therein throughout the world (collectively, "Intellectual Property"). You are prohibited from modifying any computer software provided on the Site in any manner or form, or from using modified versions of such software including, without limitation, for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any Product. You are prohibited from accessing any of the Products by any means other than through the interface that is provided to you by PakMed for use in accessing such Products.
Copyright Infringement Claims
PakMed respects the intellectual property of others, and PakMed asks that its users do the same.
