Communication with the Parents/Guardians

The academic performance and overall grooming of the students require full involvement of the parents throughout a student’s stay in the College. A system has, therefore, been developed to keep the parents/guardians well informed of the student’s performance. At the end of each term and the University examination, the parents are mailed the Academic & College Attendance Profile of their wards. In order to instill a habit of consistancy in attending the lectures / demonstrations etc, whenever a student frequently absents himself from lectures/demonstrations, the attendance record of the student is posted to the parents so as to seek parental guidance for the required remedial measures.
