Importance of Madaris can not be underestimated

Islamabad—The importance of Mosques and ‘Madaris’ could not be under estimated in Islamic society as it is the embodiment of Holy Qur’an and essential to aware the new generation.

This was stated by eminent religious scholar Shiekh ul Hadith Mualana Abdur Rauf while presenting his presidential address on the occasion of annual result announcement and prize distribution ceremony, organized by the Madaris ul Alfalah here on Saturday.

Shiekh ul Hadith urged young generation to get them self acquaintance with the Qur’anic and Hadith teachings so that they play their role against the imperial forces and take them self to the position to the disturbed society purification which as really damaged our religious thoughts, said a press release.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman of the Mosque Administration and Education Committee Khalid Rashid Shahbaz said that onslaught of western media, it is imperative for the Mosque and Madaris to play a significant role to impart religious education to the younger generation. Later on, the chief guest give away 35 prizes to the position holders who succeeded their examination.
