Punjab University Career Counseling and Placement Centre (CCPC) organizes job seminar
LAHORE: Punjab University Career Counseling and Placement Centre (CCPC) in collaboration with Teach for Pakistan on Thursday organized a seminar to provide job opportunities to the students at Waheed Shaheed Hall, Institute of Education and Research. CCPC Chairman Prof Dr Abdul Qayyum Chaudhry, Prof Dr Saeed Shahid, Maria I Maldonado, Teach for Pakistan’s Arslan Haider, faculty members and a large number of students attended the event. Dr Chaudhry said that CCPC was the pioneer institution in the universities which was guiding the new generation about their future. He said that CCPC had established link with over 150 multi-national and national organizations for provision of jobs to students. He said that over 25000 visitors had clicked on CCPC’s website last year. He also threw light on interview techniques and preparations for the awareness of students. Dr Shahid, Ms Maldonado and Arslan Haider also spoke on the occasion.
